Argentina:
Argentina is known for its beef, as it is the third largest beef

regions, but you will find the largest variety of flavors and plates in
Buenos Aires, the perfect place to sample the best of Argentina’s

Brazil:
Brazil typically famous for its beautiful beaches and tropical
weather is also home to some tasty cuisine. The national dish of Brazil,
feijoada, is a hearty stew made with black beans and pork and is a must

Peru:
Known as the gastronomic capital of South America, it is no surprise
Peru is on the list of nominees for the top culinary destination. With
the famous chef, Gaston Acurio, putting Peru on the map of the world
food scene, Peru is recognized as having some of the tastiest food in
South America. Try some of the regional favorites from Lomo Saltado,
Rocotto Rellena, or Aji de Gallina on your Peru vacation.
Other nominees include Uruguay, Venezuela, Bolivia, and Paraguay who
also showcase some fine cuisine. With so many great places to eat and
